We accept returns only in the following cases:

•Product is damaged during transit

•Manufacturing defect

•Incorrect product delivered

 

•Returns are not accepted for slight design or color variations, change of mind, or incorrect address entered by the customer.

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, you must share a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened and the damage/issue visible. This is essential for us to process your return.

 

1.Email us at Nusshjewellwery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with:

  •Clear images of the product

  •The unboxing video showing the issue

2.Our team will review your request. Return approval is at the discretion of Nussh.

3.Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.

4.After the product is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

 

•Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

•Returns without prior approval or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

•We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

 

We offer exchanges in the following cases:
